Showing up on Kotaku are some great looking new screens for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D which were revealed at the Nintendo World event.

More news coming out of the show were the names of the launch titles for Japan on February 26:

  • Nintendogs & Cats (three versions)
  • Winning Eleven Soccer 3D
  • Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition
  • Samurai Warriors: Chronicle
  • Puzzle Bobble 3D
  • Ridge Racer 3D
  • Battle of the Giants
  • Dinosaurs 3D
  • Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle

First-party titles include:

  • The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D
  • Steel Diver
  • PilotWings Resort (Spring 2011)
  • Kid Icarus: Uprising and Star Fox 64 3D (Summer 2011)
  • Paper Mario 3DS
  • Mario Kart 3DS
  • Animal Crossing 3DS (to be announced)

The only news so far as battery life is concerned is that the new handheld will have 3 – 5 hours of play with the backlight turned down.
